You may not copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

To access certain features of the Site (such as future shopping or download history), you may be required to register for an account.

• Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made via our store.

All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

• Major Credit/Debit Cards processed through PayPal

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.

Sales Tax:If you are located in Colorado or a jurisdiction where we are required to collect sales tax, appropriate taxes will be added to the total price during checkout.

• Processing Time: We will make every effort to fulfill your order within a reasonable timeframe.
• Carriers: We use third-party carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to deliver physical goods.
• Risk of Loss: All purchases of physical items are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Due to the immediate nature of digital media, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital downloads once the file has been sent or accessed, except in cases where the file is corrupted or technically defective.

If you are not satisfied with your physical purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange subject to the following:

• Timeline: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition.
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
